First Harvest - Green Smoothie

I was able to take my first harvest from Kate & Ang's community garden patch this morning...Silverbeet and Sorrel for a healthy green smoothie.

Ingredients:

- Fresh Silverbeet (swiss chard)

- Fresh Sorrel

- Celery

- Mint

- Apple

- Ginger

You can add honey for extra sweetness
